Our Aluminum Air Shafts are produced in lengths between 250 mm and 6000 mm. In line with the special demands of the customer, our body profiles are manufactured from special alloy cold-drawn steel pipes.

Our standard body sizes are produced as 2.5'', 3'', 4'', 6''.

Our air shafts are hardened to 100-115 HRB and produced with aluminum extrusion technique using the rib technique.

The surface hardness and strength of our aluminum profiles are increased by 25 micron thick anodizing and varnish coating against corrosion and impacts.

Our shaft heads are produced in line with the technical drawings of our customers and are made of special steel and hardened to 40-55 HRC according to their usage areas. Our shaft heads have increased corrosion resistance, durability and surface quality by coating them with chrome, phosphate and zinc.

All of our products are shipped after sealing, strength and balance tests are carried out.
